Has anyone had success treating this with DN?
Hi Jodi,
The short answer is yes- I use small gauge .16-.18mm x 15mm needles to do superficial needling in the effected dermatome avoiding of course all the open area with the needles. I have had good pain relief with this technique as it appears to reduce the inflammatory process by improving cutaneous blood flow and have a local endogenous effect.
Hope that helps
Great--thanks for the response!
