Currently treating a patient for vertigo and tinnitus. Pt has lifelong history of hearing loss and has Bilateral cochlear implants. He noted at last session he was wondering about DNing for the tinnitus. Thoughts on whether this could be impactful? If so, any considerations/contraindications for needling patient with cochlear implants?
