Has anyone had good success with specific needle placements for TOS?
Danny, if you have attended the IDN Advanced Dry Needling course, I would suggest cervical plexus needling at the anterior neck and axilla in addition to paravertebral needling at C7-T2, homeostatic needling to the shoulder girdle and forearm, and symptomatic needling. If you have not yet attended the Advanced course, I would suggest all of the above except the cervical plexus needling (until you can attend the advanced class!).
Dont forget to integrate your dry needling with all your other manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, behavior modification, ergonomic and any other interventions that are beneficial to the individual patient.
