Hi all. Was wondering if anyone has experience using DN to treat anterior subcutaneous nerve (lower thoracic intercostal nerve) entrapment. I plan to treat segmentally along the involved thoracic distribution, but wasn't sure how to approach the local symptoms, which in this case is pn in the R epigastric region and RUQ. We were taught in the foundation course how to approach lower abdominal musculature with a flat approach, so was assuming the same would be used for the upper abdominal region as well? Would appreciate any input! Thanks!
